Our engagement process
01 Before you start
We will identify the options available to you to achieve the best possible outcomes and introduce you to relevant delivery partners for your project.
To use any of our direct award frameworks, a simple form called an Access Agreement is required. It only needs to be signed once, it carries no cost or commitment, and allows you to use any of our current or future frameworks.
At this point, we’ll be with you as you start to build a relationship with the team at Morgan Sindall.
We’ll help you to understand the SCAPE process and we’ll be with you every step of the way, to give you any advice or training that you need and to get your project started with confidence.
Morgan Sindall will help you shape your procurement and environmental strategies and define what value means to your organisation and your project.
At the completion of the Inception stage you will prepare and sign a Project Request form with your chosen delivery partner.
Morgan Sindall will work closely with you and your team, holding in-depth discussions and workshops to make sure they fully understand your project aspirations, including timescales and budget.
We’ll be on hand to advise you on framework operation and the availability of additional services.
We’ll respond to your project strategies and attend meetings and provide support or advice when required.
The information collected from these discussions will be collated into your free feasibility study.
At this stage, you’ll be ready to enter into a Services Agreement with Morgan Sindall who will deliver design and preconstruction services incorporating any Life Cycle requirements to produce a Gateway 4 Report, that sets out detailed programme, cost, risk profile and design.
At the end of this stage, you’ll receive a 100% market tested cost plan, including a fully identified local supply chain.
When you are ready to move to the construction phase, you’ll enter into a Project Agreement which will formalise your partnership with Morgan Sindall.
Our teams will continue to be on hand to support you throughout the delivery of your project, monitoring performance and together we’ll ensure that your project is delivered to the highest possible standard.
06 In Use
When the construction stage is completed Morgan Sindall will manage any aftercare and defect resolution needed. When Life Cycle options are included, Morgan Sindall will complete post occupancy reviews with you to ensure that we deliver to your Life Cycle requirements.
We will capture information for an outcome review, produce a project case study and your relationship manager will maintain a relationship with you and your organisation.
