A short guidance note in relation to COVID-19 and the implementation PPN 02/20 and specifically concerning the provision of contractual relief to suppliers (and their supply chains).
Our objective is to also ensure that our public sector colleagues are aware of the key aspects that need to be considered when contracting authorities evaluate the application of this guidance.
