Andy Bacon, joined as Operations Director in 2021, and leads SCAPE’s framework management team to drive the ongoing evolution of the procurement of our suite of frameworks.

Andy brings a wealth of experience to SCAPE, having previously spent 15 years leading successful procurement teams at Sir Robert McAlpine and Laing O’Rourke. Andy’s team currently support and manage more than 30 delivery partners across our suite of construction, civil engineering, and consultancy frameworks.
