Chris Clarke
Performance and Improvement Director
Chris joined SCAPE in 2015, with over 14 years’ experience working in Local Government, delivering complex organisational change and leading service improvement and efficiency initiatives in the built environment sector.
As Director of Performance and Improvement, he provides strategic input into the improvement of SCAPE’s service offering and the development of new products, and ensures SCAPE records, plays back and maximises best practice performance measures for its clients to clearly evidence project success. He is also responsible for our group Risk Management strategy, infrastructure and systems.
Chris holds an MSc in Public Leadership and Management and is the proud father of two children.
