We're now looking to strengthen our offer to customers and are seeking to recruit a client relationship manager (North East) to deliver our growth aspirations.

About the role

As a client relationship manager for SCAPE, based from home with travel covering the North East, you will develop and manage relationships with clients, ensuring continued growth, with a sustainable and growing margin for the business. You will ensure that clients achieve successful delivery of their programmes through proactive engagement and monitoring of project progress. The role will look to ensure continued growth, involve consultatively exploring new and existing clients’ needs, advising of potential solutions and providing process and operational guidance and support.

The role is home-based, with travel across the North East. You will develop and manage relationships with clients, ensuring continued growth, with a sustainable and growing margin for the business. To ensure that clients achieve successful delivery of their call-offs via proactive engagement and monitoring of project progress. Consultatively exploring new and existing clients’ needs, advising of potential solutions; providing process and operational guidance and support, monitoring and regulating regional partner processes and performance to ensure consistency, quality and value for money to clients.

Your experience in client relationship management, public sector and, ideally, construction, civil engineering or consultancy will underpin your drive in developing an effective strategy for sustainable business growth, as well as ensuring value for money for our clients. About you

You will have experience in building relationships with clients, as well as an understanding of how public sector organisations operate. You will have experience of providing consultancy, construction and/or civil engineering services to the public sector. A chartered membership within a construction body would be beneficial but not essential.
